This privacy statement applies to the processing of personal data and has been drawn up in accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (AVG).
User of this privacy statement, also controller in the sense of the AVG, is Liz La Force, established in The Hague, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 70618488.
Process personal data

By filling in a form and sending it on my website, you provide your personal contact details. This information is only used to contact you and to communicate with you. Your data will not be used for other purposes. If you give your personal contact details by other means, by email, telephone or otherwise, then the use of these data is the same as stated above.

If you agree to buy a one of our services, Liz La Force will have more personal data than just contact details. These personal data will only be used in the context of the service you have agreed to and will only collect data that is necessary or useful in that respect.

Squarespace and Google may provide this information to third parties if they are legally obliged to do so, or insofar as these third parties process the information on behalf of Squarespace or Google. I have no influence on this.
Liz La Force has made every effort to ensure that your data is safe. When processing personal data one or more processors are used, such as an internet provider. In order to guarantee privacy and to ensure technical security, we have concluded a processing agreement with processors in accordance with the requirements set out in the AVG. Your data will not be processed outside the EU. We remain responsible as controller.
Personal data recorded in physical form are stored in a secure lockable room, so that third parties do not have access to it.
Personal data are not kept for more than 12 months after the purchase of a service or after the end of a coaching process and are then deleted or destroyed. Liz La Force is of course obliged to legal and tax obligations. For example, your invoice data must be stored for 7 years for the Tax Authorities.
